A fish farming operation spans multiple pens and water systems, each with its own conditions and rhythms. We connected sensor networks tracking water quality, oxygen levels, feeding rates, and environmental conditions, then built a single dashboard giving farm managers a live view of the entire operation.
What we built
- Sensor integration — water quality, oxygen, temperature, feeding, and environmental data unified across all pens in real time
- Operations dashboard — farm managers see every pen at a glance, with alerts and historical trend views
- Computer vision layer — cameras monitor fish behaviour, feeding response, and early health indicators non-invasively, without disturbing stock
- Natural language queries — staff query any pen or parameter in plain language, no specialist interface required
- AI agents — track trends across the farm and recommend actions such as adjusting feeding schedules or prioritising a pen for inspection
Outcome
Farm managers gained a level of operational visibility that manual checks couldn’t provide. Early signals from the vision and sensor layers allow the team to act ahead of problems, improving stock health outcomes and reducing reactive interventions.
