A small or mid-sized business often runs its finances across a patchwork of spreadsheets, bank exports, and disconnected systems. We built an AI-native tool that pulls all of it together — and lets managers query their numbers in plain language, the same way they’d ask a trusted finance director.
What we built
- Unified data ingestion — the system connects to Excel files, bank statement exports, and integrated CRM or ERP sources; onboarding starts from whatever the business already has, with no migration required
- Automated P&L and Balance Sheet — an AI agent constructs the initial P&L and Balance Sheet from ingested data, or maps into existing structures the business already uses
- Incremental source expansion — additional data sources are added progressively as the implementation matures, without disrupting what’s already working
- Natural language querying — managers with appropriate permissions ask questions in plain English and receive answers, financial advice, and visualisations grounded in live data
- Role-based access — permissions are set per user so each manager sees only the data relevant to their function
Outcome
Finance teams get a real-time view of their business without specialist tooling or manual consolidation. Simple implementations are live within two months and start from £10,000 — making this accessible to businesses well below the scale that would typically commission bespoke financial tooling.
